This individual will be responsible for ensuring an optimal online customer experience for dealers, branch personnel, and other business partners by providing business requirements and strategic direction. This individual will support the current dealer web experience offering, as well as the next generation online user experience consolidating dealer-facing sites and related online services into a single integrated experience.

This individual will work closely with the eCommerce Strategy and Design team, business managers, suppliers, technology, marketing, and line of business (LOB) leaders to create a unified, customer-driven design direction for corporate-branded and private label web properties. Responsibilities for this position are specific for websites and web-based applications and capabilities for the Auto Finance line of business within the larger integrated dealer web experience program.

Key Responsibilities:

o Help define and execute upon a multi-generational plan that will migrate existing site functionality to the new integrated dealer web experience. Develop specific migration plans for sites supporting assigned line of business. o Ensure business critical objectives are met and can occur seamlessly within the integrated dealer web experience. o Work with other eCommerce areas, Global Technology Organization (GTO), and business managers to provide consistent, relevant, and profitable sales, service, and common capabilities within the portal, ensuring the integrity of the products are maintained. o Partner with GTO, external technology vendors, and business managers for detailed business requirements, ensuring milestones are met and initiatives are delivered on time with the optimum customer experience. Ensure quality and design standards are planned and met.

o Champion governance, sustain, release, and large development processes, in conjunction with GTO and other areas of eCommerce, including all content and design updates.

o Work with various corporate and outside areas and agencies to source input to inform business requirements, including cross-platform strategies, brand architecture, users groups, metrics, research, survey results, best-in-class capabilities and approaches, and current and future social networking capabilities.

o Champion efficiencies, excellence, and teamwork across the corporate organization to leverage and establish best practices and ensure cost efficiencies via shared services and improved processes.

o Ensure call center/servicing/sales organizations are prepared to sell and service products and services based on changes and updates to the integrated dealer web experience. o Create and publish monthly/weekly business reports and metrics in partnership with areas within Global Marketing (GMO) and in support of business organizations.

o Champion production stability and ensure optimal end-to-end customer experience through the integrated dealer web experience and with all integrated activities and support functions.
