A Clackamas area company that operates a specialized website is looking for Website Customer Support Agents.
These individuals will provide excellent customer service and technical support; provide first point of contact for customer inquiries; and resolve consumer web issues via telephone and email. Training will be provided!
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate information and support to incoming customer calls and emails concerning status, products and website operational issues.
- Becoming familiar with all aspects of the website.
- Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolutions.
- Maintaining a goal and team-oriented attitude while meeting established individual and team goals.
To be considered for this position, Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of one year of previous customer service experience (this could include retail, fast food, etc.)
- Good computer skills and familiarity with checking and changing computer settings.
- Great communication skills.
- Extremely strong customer service skills!

These are seasonal positions that will start middle to end of October and go through mid January. The first week will be full time training Monday through Friday. After training, shifts will be part-time (15-20 hours per week) for the first few weeks then will become full time with overtime potential through December. Multiple positions are available between 4:00 am and 10:00 pm, 7 days per week. Shifts are available between 4:00 am and 10:00 pm. $9.00 per hour.
