What you need for this position:
*Must have a RICE Background*
- Strong background in Food Science
- Must be punctual on site on time everyday
- Must fully understand microbiological aspects of rice and rice flour
- Must maintain and complete all documentation in an expedited manner
- Have a full understanding of process equipment and process flow
- Have full knowledge of HACCP and Third party audits including AIB and others
- Maintain and update all regulatory issues concerning FDA, USDA and Homeland Security
- Sales support in the development of new customers while also maintaining existing customer accounts
- Knowledge of all aspects of flour processing

What you'll be doing:
- Research and development of new products
- Product Testing and Lab analysis
- Maintain all documentation concerning Rice Flour
- Creating samples of new and existing products
- Support Sales Department and Production
- Oversee Product Quality
- Lab analysis on new and existing products in house as well as working with out side Laboratories
- Maintain all technical data
- Working along side sales department providing necessary documentation, data and samples of product as required
- Long term improvements of department
- Working closely with production ensuring that quality as well as integrity of products meets or exceeds standard.
