Job Description:
3 to 5 years of tax experience. Qualified candidates will have (i) excellent research and writing skills, (ii) exposure to corporate tax (some international tax experience, including cross border M&A, would be ideal), (iii) graduated in the top 20% of their law school class, and (iv) had excellent to very good annual evaluations from their current law or accounting firm employer. An LL.M in tax is a plus, but not required. A writing sample and transcript from law school (and LL.M program, if applicable) are required.
