The Conway branch of SOS Staffing is looking for a customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Staffing Manager.
This individual will market and sell the companys services to prospective clients; build upon existing client relationships; identify temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities; and recruit the top Candidates in the area to fill these positions. This is a results-oriented position that requires self-motivation, determination, and a strong sense of urgency.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, Interviewing, and Selection
- Job Placement
- Employee Retention
- Customer Service
- Business-to-Business Phone Sales
- Client Development
- Client Relations
This position would best suit an outgoing individual with effective sales techniques and excellent customer service and communication skills. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales capacity. Staffing industry and/or recruiting experience is not necessary but would be a big plus!
