Description The Manager of Customer Visits/ Sales Enablement will be responsible for developing the program infrastructure for all client visits, including large advertisers, agencies, mid-tier and small advertisers, partners, publishers, resellers, influencers and analysts, to Yahoo! offices. You will partner with other marketing groups and executives across Yahoo! to develop customizable content that appeals to customers marketing objectives and tells Yahoo!s story loudly and proudly. This includes working with executives to understand clients marketing objectives, developing modular content that can be tailored to each client visit and coordinating content support to execute the events. The manager will have strong online advertising and media expertise, creativity and strategic vision in order to successfully develop and execute compelling Yahoo! customer visit programs. The desired candidate has managed or played a critical support role in successful marketing programs to trade audiences. Job Responsibilities: Develop modular content that can be tailored by sales teams and executives that directly addresses advertisers, publishers and partners marketing objectives and creatively tells Yahoo!s story
Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to develop compelling material from each Yahoo! discipline that can be standardized for executive presenters, including customer case studies, category and/or audience research, ad formats, branded content, data policy and consumer control
Create program infrastructure to execute events, including an online library of turnkey presentations for regional sales teams to access via Yahoo!s online content management system
Ensure content and presentations are relevant and up to date with the latest marketing solutions and data
Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Events, Communications and Product groups to execute thought leadership program in regional markets, including North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets
Ensure that thought leadership program is synchronized with the consumer and trade marketing messaging and plans
Create a feedback mechanism with executive and sales teams to ensure content is compelling and/or adapt it for future events
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated track record of supporting and executing successful marketing communications programs
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, setting timelines and driving the delivery of work on multiple efforts concurrently
Strong familiarity with the digital space and knows how to demonstrate the value of online to our clients as well and internal stakeholders
Ability to work and thrive in a cross-functional, cross-geographical teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation and planning skills
Creative, high positive energy and an ability to execute a must
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communication with 5+ years of relevant experience; combination of agency and client side experience is strongly preferred
