Our company currently has an opportunity for a Seasoned Selector in our Bethlehem, PA location. A Selector works individually selecting full case grocery items from a warehouse pick slot. The selector fits these items on a pallet (Are you good at Tetris), plastic wraps the bundles, and in some cases, loads them onto a trailer. Audio headsets are used and the selector hears the item in the order to be picked from the slot.

Your safety is our ultimate concern so Steel Toed shoes are required.

Responsibilities:

Essential duties following; other duties may be assigned:

Ensure accuracy of work and adherence to production and safety standards.

Use a headset to find individual items within warehouse

Remove full case(s) of product from storage rack and place on pallet

In some cases, affix selection labels to the appropriate cases

Maneuver pallet on an electric pallet jack until full or order is complete

Ensure item pick accuracy and safety of product to prevent damage

Inform supervisor of any discrepancies in case quantity and/or product description

Manually wrap the pallet by circling load with roll of plastic wrap until secure

Other Duties as Assigned





Requirements:

GED or High School Diploma

At least 6 months of warehouse experience

Pallet Jack experience

Prefer candidates with experience in voice selection systems
