We are seeking a well matched resource to manage strategic partnerships and add to revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction from a delivery and relationship management perspective.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proven 4+ years of strong technical and project / engagement management skill delivering for enterprise and ISVs from a SI platform ensuring project successes from budget, timeline, customer satisfaction perspective.
Managed/Participated in collaborative/team selling and farming model in key strategic accounts to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, deeper and wider penetration.
Manages ongoing relationships for one or more strategic accounts.
Formulates sales plans, identifies new opportunities, coordinates with other SMEs as they apply to targets/customers within an industry, negotiates with customer, leads contract development and the closing of sales.
Identifies opportunities to develop new business that align with companys core competencies within assigned accounts and expands existing business.
Cross-sells service offerings.
Achieves assigned revenue and profitability quota.
Develops and implements account plans and strategies.
Provides oversight and is accountable for overall success of customer project portfolio.
Meets sales pipeline requirements to build a growing and predictable revenue stream.
Uses CRM effectively to document actions with regard to planning and sales activities (ie, sales calls, customer events, new orders, starts, etc) and shares - market intelligence and knowledge with members of the industry verticals and operations.
Anticipates customer needs and packages solutions that anticipate and meet articulated and unarticulated needs.
Acts as a liaison between customer and SMEs as necessary.
Primary point of contact and communication, both internally and with the Client for all post sale implementation activities and client readiness.
Knowledgeable about all engagement financial details including, details of SOWs, Time and Expense Reporting for all staff and for any partners assigned to the engagement.
Presents sales opportunities to management and internal teams and works with a team to deliver and close large and/or complex sales.
Ensures that Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Produces sales/business forecasts demonstrating the development of existing business accounts.
Develops and implements plans to execute sales forecasts.
Researches and keeps abreast of assigned industry trends, technological and process changes, new developments, services and other general information related to the assigned market.
Recommends strategies to continuously strengthen competitive position in markets.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in selling services and solutions from a system integration platform to ISVs, Enterprises and SIs across vertical industries.
Well-developed skills in managing strategic client relationships, building relationship networks, growing sales and closing deals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to prepare and edit communications (i.e., reports, letters, presentations, memoranda, etc.), to present advanced service offerings and articulate solution benefits to a variety of external and internal audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, effective listening and persuasion skills in order to initiate and develop productive working partnerships at all levels of an organization to consult and negotiate, to generate mutual respect and understanding within team across client organizations and to create, nurture and maintain prospect and customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and strategy skills to analyze customer needs, research business solutions, develop sales strategies and respond flexibly to contingencies.
Knowledge and understanding of the structure of large business organizations and the technical needs of their respective cross-functional groups and external customers and suppliers.
Skill in uncovering and understanding individual customer needs and business processes/models in order to maximize business offerings sold and deliver integrated cross-platform solutions.
Strong behavior management skills in order to coach, train, negotiate and mentor internally as well as within client environments.
Desired project management experience (4+ years).
Ability to travel up to 75% required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Masters s degree in a technical discipline or MBA with an academic concentration in marketing, communications, or business management is preferred.
Minimum of ten years experience demonstrating proven success in building and managing strategic relationships, growing sales and closing deals including executing a solution selling process and complex sales cycles with senior/executive level management.
Background/experience in leadership, senior management or strategic planning roles in the assigned industry/vertical preferred.
