Description

Responsible for developing deep strategic partnerships with a diverse group of executives, health care leaders, providers, regulators, legislators, and renowned thought leaders to identify and operationalize innovative ideas that drive profitable growth and that will transform the way that we finance and deliver healthcare and value to the consumer.  Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: The strategy work will focus on virtually integrated networks, patient safety, health and wellness throughout the state.

Leads day to day strategy, planning, analysis and the implementation of tools, techniques, processes and communication to support financial results, success measures, strategic initiatives, programs, projects and plan of record deliverables.  Provides innovation and leadership to collaboratively develop and recommend the business strategy, culture, market opportunities, objectives, and idea generation to deliver transformational healthcare and innovation.

The individual will leverage these skills to advance member engagement, health, and wellness initiatives among others.

Delivers executive level thought leadership and critical direction to anticipate and leverage broad social, economic, industry, and legislative trends and translate them into innovative and profitable business strategies across all lines of business.

Directs performance excellence through data-driven planning analysis and establishes organizational metrics that define and drive business results, performance excellence, strategic planning, plan of record, tactics, programs, and priorities in a way that reflects our deep seated concern for preventative care, health, and wellness.

Drives local group tactics, planning, and communications including: monthly operating reports, business reporting, corporate reporting, deep dive analytics, performance planning and reporting.

Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
