The Program Manager provides overall coordination and reporting of all cross functional schedules including hardware engineering, software engineering, QA, operations and marketing. In addition to traditional program management responsibilities, ability to roll up your sleeves and execute hardware/software beta programs.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Create and manage overall project plan

- Communicate status and issues to senior management and project stakeholders

- Coordinate cross functional team, proactively ensuring that teams are in sync in terms of communication, schedules, issues, etc.

- Facilitate decision making with stakeholders, balancing the needs of different constituencies and driving consensus

- Define, implement and administer beta programsExperience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline

- At least 5 years of experience managing hardware/software projects

- MS Project, bug tracking and beta systems proficiency

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Direct experience in managing hardware/software beta programs

- Tech savvy with the ability to rapidly learn new technology

- Ability to multi-task in a fast moving development environment
