NCI is currently seeking a Non Destructive Test equipment Material Handler in support of a classified program for our client in Kuwait. This position involves providing assistance to the Non-Destructive Test Equipment (NDTE) Team lead and technicians to support daily operations as required by moving, cleaning, surveying, the material to be scanned non-destructively. This can include operating forklift(s), trucks, pallet jacks and other related material equipment. The position will entail aspects of inventory control on (individual Soldier equipment traveling to other sites) Individuals will process through CRC at Fort Benning, GA. This individual must be able to act independently per the guidance of the team lead and material coordinator. Individual must be able to lift 50 lbs. The position will be deployed and located in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Kuwait depending on mission requirement. All Department of State uplifts apply to OCONUS deployments(post hardship and danger pay differentials/allowances) and details of mission requirements and deployment will be provided in the first interview.

* 3 years closely related experience in logistics support including material goods, personnel, transportation, wholesale and retail operations, maintenance and repair of systems throughout life cycle, development of documentation and test plans, ergonomic/human performance analysis, feasibility analysis, logistics planning, requirements determination, policy standards/procedures development, long term reliability and maintainability, training development and execution, outsourcing, issuance and fielding of equipment, accountability, and documentation analysis
* Ability to work as part of a larger team and be able to take direction from government/customer counterpart and team lead(s)
* Ability to act independently as the material representative for the team when necessary
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve problems as they occur
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds; Position is physically demanding, requiring lifting, kneeling, bending and pulling
* Knowledge of Army Class IX, general property book accountability processes, and the Army MTOE structure a benefit
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Project management and program office activities and experience preferred
* Prior military experience highly desired
* Intelligence or communications
* Prior deployment experience
