Maintains relationships with valued gaming guests and markets our gaming product to potential high-limit guests. Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through the development of our targeted customer base. Effectively handling guests' complaints and discrepancies, assuming that all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner. Providing special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events and Total Rewards programs. Responsible for the telemarketing of inactive customers by mail/phone as well as reporting results of these efforts. Safeguards the confidential nature of all departmental records. Great sense of loyalty to team and strong management perspective, in addition to broad experience in all major facets of gaming operations and support facilities.
Must have excellent communication skills, tact and great judgment, along with impeccable work ethic and integrity. Market Harrah's as a brand for cross property events. Support all Special Events sponsored by the department and property. High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred. Prior host experience or two years in a supervisory capacity in table games or slots preferred. Requires a high level of dedication. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and administrative skills required. Must be computer literate; Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Excel, Word, CMS required. Analytical skill and customer service orientation is required. Ability to perform multiple tasks in an efficient manner. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and/or Asian language. Must have at least 2 years casino experience.
CASINO MANAGEMENT OR HOST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Must be able to obtain a Louisiana State Gaming License.
