DESCRIPTION:

Graham Staffing Services is partnering with a Washington, DC law firm to find a qualified ENERGY LEGAL SECRETARY. Salary: $65 K max.

This is a junior level position in which the law firm is looking for someone with a few years of experience. In this role, the qualified candidate will be working for one (1) partner and two (2) Associates. This is an EXCELLENT group to work with – all VERY nice people!

REQUIREMENTS:

- Years Experience: 3-5 years of legal experience, energy and FERC experience preferred, but not required. Does NOT want someone with more than 15 years of experience.

- Tenure very important.

- Must want to be a Secretary.

Must be outgoing, energetic and professional with good communication skills.

- Positive attitude is important.

- Must be proficient in Word 2002, Excel, PowerPoint and advanced Word formatting.

- Must have strong organizational and communication skills.

- Must have a team-player attitude and excellent references.

- Available for some overtime.
