EPROM Administration SupervisorResponsibilities:

We are seeking a strong leader to provide direct supervision to our processor administrators and to supervise and lead the daily fee billing for over 600 customers (over 17,000 machines with daily or monthly fees, over 130M per year) and the monthly billing of all accounts. 

This role will monitor and enforce contract controls related to all Poker Product machines and maintain detailed knowledge of all contracts to serve as an information source.

Accountable for the completeness and accuracy of information regarding the locations of games submitted to Director and IGT Partners. 

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, as this position produces monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports for the Director and 3rd party partners.

Must ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Needs to interface with IGT accounting, customer service, and order administration to track sales and Royalty Fee billings. 

Supervises and leads the workflow of EPROM Administration which handles the deployment and return of unique serialized EPROMs programmed with Intellectual Property related to Poker machines that IGT licenses. 

Supports or has shared accountability for achieving the revenue and operational goals of the department.

Produces annual game placement and revenue forecast. 

Regularly interacts with managers and supervisors in Accounting, OA, CS, and other departments for SAP modifications to accommodate various daily fee programs, shipping and returns of daily fee programs, billing, adjustments, product specialists’ performance numbers for quarterly bonuses, etc.

Regularly interacts with sales Account Managers and Product Specialists to gain cooperation on tactical procedures 

Participates in the development and training of the staff.

Conducts performance reviews, participates in setting annual performance goals and provides immediate performance feedback to personnel. 

Prefer knowledge of IGT’s organization / processes / workflows and in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry. 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree or equivalent

- Typically has 5 to 7 years of experience in high volume business operations administration in a regulated environment

- Typically has 1 to 2 years of lead or supervisory experience

- Has in-depth knowledge of / skillsin the content areas of:

  - Strong accounting knowledge

  - Report generation

  - Contract analysis and interpretation

  - Written and oral communication

- SAP knowledge preferred
