Job Overview: As the key point of contact for assigned client groups, the HR Generalist will oversee and assist in providing day-to-day delivery of HR services as well as work to align human resources objectives and initiatives to their client group's business strategy, build stakeholder relationships, foster a dynamic and motivated workforce and improve individual and organization effectiveness. They will be responsible for driving process improvement and integration, best practice sharing and an integrated approach to HR policies and procedures. Also as part of the Generalist role, the Director, HR will partner with the Training team to deliver management and HR related training programs. The Director, HR will apply a broad range of analytical techniques and use independent judgment when assessing issues and recommending relevant human resources solutions. Additionally, as part of a collaborative HR team, the position is expected to provide support to other HR team members as may be required or asked for in support of overall Company business strategies and initiatives.
Required Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in a progressive HR environment recognized for best practices, in-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures and the ability to execute effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision. Should have strong business acumen, strong communication and personal leadership skills. Prior experience in a media environment is a plus. PHR/SPHR preferred.See aboveJob type: Full Time
