Desktop Support*** Locals Preferred
 
* Working knowledge and experience supporting Exchange 2007 production implementations for organizations over 5,000 mailboxes, using the Outlook client and Outlook Web Access.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and its relationship to Exchange.
* Understanding of SMTP message flow.
* Understanding of basic security concepts relating to messaging, including PKI, anti-virus and anti-spam.
* Understanding of basic identity management concepts.
* Excellent client-facing communications skills.

Preferred:
* Experience with IMAP-based messaging.
* Microsoft certification in Exchange, Windows Server, and/or Active Directory.
* Experience migrating users from Groupwise to Exchange.
* Familiarity with PowerShell and other scripting languages.
* Experience using Remedy Action Request System software.
