Demoltion Project Manager

§           Development of project cost estimates

§           Turnkey management/leadership of project execution

§           Business development / customer maintenance

§           Contract review and analysis

§           Subcontractor contracting and oversight

§           Billing development and collection

§           Develop new business while maintaining current customer relationships

 
 
Requirements:   Qualifications:

§           5 - 10 years experience in construction and demolition projects including project management experience

§           Experience with projects where the final result is demolition of entire structures, thorough structural experience

§           B.S. in Business, Construction, Environmental Science or similar helpful

§           Strong communication and teamwork skills for maintaining client and co-worker relationships

§           Proven successful business development track record

§           Knowledge of and existing relationships within local marker

§           Plan and develop goals and implement these goals

§           Prepare business plan and budget

§           Between various departments, coordinate activities to ensure operational efficiency
