Job Summary
Provide coordination and support in the areas of Online and Offline Promotions, Partnerships and Marketing Tools for the marketing department.
Support required includes, collaboration and coordination of details for online and offline promotions, regional and new hotel support and logisitcs and setup of marketing tools & resources.
Provide deadline driven support for weekly and monthly communications as well as online and offline creative and collateral.
Additional coordination duties may also include providing logistical support for brand events, film production and added value partner opportunities.
In addition, the position will be required to support the development of brand presentations (PowerPoint and video) and stocking of promotional items for brand and/or hotel usage.
Basic Qualifications
4 year degree Experience in coordinating teams and projects Ability to travel as required Experience at an advertising agency / PR firm or a marketing role within an organization
Preferred Qualifications
Bi-Lingual In-depth knowledge of franchise organization High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred.
Familiarity with MS Visio and Access
