Update from manager: He reviewed all BSA resumes and all candidates have been rejected. He really needs someone that is more "hands on" than just a BSA - maybe more of the lines of a Systems Analyst.

He needs someone that has done "RECENT" migration of call centers AND has hands on experience rolling out apps like IVR, CCM, Nortel switches CRQM. Must be very technical.
