Advertising Operations Specialist needed!Local candidates only please!

Media Solutions Ad Operations is looking for a highly-motivated Operations Specialist who wants to be part of a world-class service organization. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment: creative testing and implementation, campaign flighting, and quality assurance. Will be responsible for reviewing creative ad submissions for adherence to technical specifications, trafficking the order into the DoubleClick ad serving system and managing the campaign implementation progress and delivery. The ideal candidate must be willing to work hard in a very fast-paced, sales driven, dynamic and demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

- Accountable for the successful trafficking and launch of advertising campaigns across several company sites

- Ensure quality by enforcing standard policies and procedures

- Possess a good understanding of how online advertising works.

- Review and provide feedback on new processes, product, and tool releases that will improve operational efficiencies

- Work with operations team to implement new product offerings

- Investigate and resolve daily delivery/performance issues and advise management as to revenue riskEducation, Experience, and Skills:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required

- 1+ years working in a service organization required

- 1+ years project management experience required

- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and HTML required

- Online advertising experience strongly preferred

- Working knowledge of online advertising technologies required (Flash, JavaScript, DHTML, Streaming Video, etc.)

- Familiarity with online advertising products (Eyeblaster, Motif,

Pointroll, etc) preferred

- Familiarity with DoubleClick ad serving system a plus

- Proven ability to multitask & work under pressure

- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, organizational skills, excellent written communication skills

- Passion for quality
