Description:Hard core microsoft .NET technical guru to work on Merrill Lynch's Benefits On Line team to troubleshoot and fix applications as they go into production. This group is building and putting applications into production quickly, only to find out down the road that there are problems with the way they are built. This currently requires someone from Microsoft to go into the application, collect the "dumps", look for errors or weaknesses or memory leaks embedded in the code, identify and fix the problems. Client would like to have one to two consultants on site who are gurus in .NET technology who can perform this task. Ultimately the idea is to have the team members look at the applications BEFORE they go into production and make sure they are bullet proof.
